ONLINE BIDDING: This is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last 1 minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional 1 minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. ITEMS: Sold "As Is, Where Is" All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or LJ Vintage Treasures. BIDDERS: accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or LJ Vintage Treasures, By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Pictures and Item Descriptions Multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible; however, photos may or may not fully represent the item. Lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo; therefore, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. Auction Software used by LJ Vinatge Treasures will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. INVOICING AND PAYMENT: Your Credit Card used to Register will be processed for payment after the close of the aucrtion. A paid infull Invoice Recept with Pickup details will be emailed once payment is processed. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 1 day after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future on-line auctions conducted by LJ Vintage Treasures. LOTS: All lots are subject to removal from auction prior to close. ITEMS: Pickup, Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer.
