If payment is declined/returned, a $15 service fee will be charged to any account, which requires additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping. All items are sold "as-is, where-is". There are no warranties implied or given. Please reference pictures or personnally inspect items during scheduled preview time for condition and accuracy of lots being sold.
