The Peggy Smith And Late Sam Smith Estate auction, Denver, IA. Peggy is moving to a retirement facility and selling at auction to the highest bidder is a great collection of antique furnishings, household goods, tools, lawn and garden, & misc. The majority of furnishings as well as many other items have been in this home for over 50 years as well as many of the other items. Because of space & time restrictions much of the household goods, tools, misc and even some of the antiques & collectibles will be sold in LARGE GROUP LOTS and in a few cases by the "Room Full" . Most of these lots have not been sorted, unpacked or picked through, at least by the auction company. Pick up of successful purchases is scheduled by date & time through Shipping Saint , for Jan. 31st & Feb. 1st. Please Note: There is furniture selling on the second floor and if successful, you willl need to bring help to carry and load. All items shown in group lots MUST be removed including low value items or trash so bid accordingly.
