BID ONSITE OR ONLINE! November 9th at 9:00 AM CST This sale will feature items from farmers, dealers, construction companies and local municipalities. Selling will be tractors, trucks, farm implements, skid steers, attachments, and much more! Check for updates to the catalog often as items will continue to be added. Online bidding will take place on Equipmentfacts and Proxibid.
TERMS: Buyer's Premium: There will be a 5% Buyer's Premium for onsite buyers. 10% buyer's premium for online buyers. The sum of the winning bid plus the Buyer's Premium will be the sale price. All announcements made on the day of the auction from the auction block take precedent over printed or electronically produced media. Payment, Pickup & Shipping Terms: Payment Info: Winning bidders must contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 of the close of the auction to arrange payment and pickup. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% processing fee added to the total invoice price) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be paid in full within 3 business days of the end of the auction. Shipping assistance is available. Quotes for shipping can be provided. Pickup: All Items must be removed no later than November 15th at 4:00 PM. unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Items cannot be removed until full purchase price has been paid. All items left over night will be full responsibility of the buyers. TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items unless out of state or a dealer. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer. Credit Card Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover. An additional 4% charge for credit card payment will be added to the invoice. All credit card sales are final, no refunds on credit card payments. A maximum amount of $2,500 will be accepted as payment on a credit card. All items not removed by November 15th, 2024 will be charged a $20 per item, per day fee with out prior arrangements being made with the auction company. All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc., will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources which we believe to be reliable but is not guaranteed.
