Winning bidders MUST pick up their items at the Rapid Fire Auction House located at 10430 US 421 N. in Milton, KY on Sat. & Sun., Dec. 7-8, 2024 from 10 am-4 pm ET. This is our final auction for 2024 so prompt pickup is appreciated. The credit card used to register is NOT automatically charged at the end of the auction. Invoices are sent via e-mail at the close of the auction. Please check your e-mails late Friday or early Saturday morning.
All auction items are "as is"; "where is" with no warranty, guarantees, returns, or refunds. Please scroll over all photos and read the descriptions for more info. Descriptions DO NOT SUPERCEDE the in-person preview available by appointment. Please bring the lot numbers of items you are interested in previewing.
A 10% Buyer's Premium is paid by the purchaser above the "hammer price" and goes to the auction house to help cover auction fees. 6% KY sales tax collected. All tax exempt sales must have a tax exempt form on file or provide a copy to the cashier during pickup. IN tax exempt businesses must now update their tax exempt forms. No tax will be removed if tax exempt forms are not presented at time of pickup or on file.
Buyers must pre-register with a credit/debit card before bidding. We do NOT charge this card automatically at the close of the auction if you are the winning bidder. Cash preferred. Payment is made at the time of pick-up at the auction house by cash, local check, ($200 min) cashier's check, credit card ($200 min) (4% processing fee added), or wire ($30 wire fee) are accepted forms of payment within our guidelines. Please be aware that the HiBid program has issues with Capital One credit cards and most often will not accept them during sign up. $65 return check fee.
Bidders with out-of-the-area addresses will be removed from the auction process and/or have bid(s) removed if the auctioneer is not notified ahead of time that you or a representative will pick up auction wins in Milton, KY, on the designated pick-up days. You can do this by leaving an Auctioneer Note on HiBid or emailing rapidfireauctionservice@gmail.com.

Should there be an issue with the Hibid (Sand Hills) bidding software, the auctioneer reserves the right to extend, delay, or restart the auction.
Auctioneer may not be able to answer last-minute questions within the final days/hours of the auction and especially during the closing. For more information on an item(s), please contact us several days prior to closing.
YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL CONTRACT to purchase merchandise by placing bids, enforceable by law through the Kentucky court system. We *DO NOT SHIP* so we kindly ask you to refrain from bidding if you're not within driving distance or do not have a local representative that will be picking up items on Sat. & Sun., December 7-8, 2024 from 10am-4pm at the auction house.
