Terms- Purchaser will be required to pay purchase price the day of the auction conclusion. Balance due at transfer of title not to exceed 10 days of auction conclusion. All transfer fees will be the responsiblilty of the buyer. A (10%) Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the purchase price of the property. Property is being sold As-Is, no warranties made or implied. Announcements day of sale take precedence over any previous advertising. It is the responsibility of the purchasers/bidders to inspect the Mobile. Shown by appointment only. If the mobile home is not moved before June 1st, the buyer will be responsible for all lot rents due to Woods Trailer Park. Storage Building must be moved no later than May 20th. Buyer will forfeit purchase price if building is not moved by said date. Car: Purchaser is required to pay for Vehicle in full at the close of auction. After the buyer has ubtained Insurance, parties will need to meet at county clerks office to transfer Vehicle. All transfer fees are the responsiblity of the buyer. At that time buyer will be able to take possession of car.
