PICKUP MONDAY DECEMBER 23RD ONLY 10AM-7PM Auction and Pick Up Location: 2428 Palumbo Drive, Suite 140, Lexington, KY 40509  Auction Pick-up Dates and Times:  MONDAY DECEMBER 23RD ONLY 10AM-7PM.  17% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waived by providing resale certificate. All items are absolute. After the starting bid, items will sell to the highest bidder.  Your card on file will be charged only for won purchases unless you inform us you will be a cash only buyer. Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Bluegrass Bids reserve the right to deny any late pickups.  Arrangement for pick up at a later date can be made by contacting management. If accepted, a $5 storage fee will be added and arrangement can be made to pick items at the next scheduled pick-up dates. You may send someone other than yourself to pick-up your won items. No resale certificate is required to bid. We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience.  Any item that is in non-working condition, defective or damaged can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
