* BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW. *IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
* ON-LINE BIDDING* This is a timed, Online-only Auction; the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional amopunt of time. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second to prevent others from bidding more.
* Bidding begins once posted. The Auction will close June 19th, 2024, beginning at 5PM CST until the last bid is completed.
* In event of power outage, we reserve the rights to award the winning bid to the last accepted bidder.
*We will send an email after the sale with your invoice. Please respond with your chosen method of payment, cash, check, card on file or wire transfer. If we don't hear from you, by close of business on June 21st 2024, we will charge your card on file for your convenience. Pickup times will be between 1:30 pm to 5Pm Thursday June 20th & 21st, and betweem 9am to 12 Noon on Saturday June 22nd. . Please pickup your items by 12 noon on Saturday June 22nd or contact Susan Olson (402) 870.1403 to make other pickup arrangements. Items not picked up by Tuesday June 25th or other arrangements made will be considered abandoned and will revert back to the consignor. Please make sure your contact information is correct in Hibid.
* ITEMS SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Lee Valley Auctions. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether immediately apparent or not. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Lee Valley Auctions. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction.
* No merchandise may be removed without a paid receipt. and PICKUPS must be made while Lee Valley Auction Staff are Present at the Sale Site.
* All measurement and sizes are measured to the best of our knowledge some errors may occur.
* PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Payments will be made directly to Lee Valley Auctions. Payment must be made before or at time of pickup. FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Master Card, or Visa Card, Check or Wire Transfer will be accepted. Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the allotted checkout times, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Lee Valley Auction or seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including all moneys from the buyer. FAILURE to pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future High Bid auctions. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all items. Local Tax rate in Blair (Rural) is 5.5%. Unpaid accounts will be charged at close of business on June 21st to the credit card account on file unless we are contacted as to your preferred payment method. Prepayments can be made before the pickup date at Lee Valley Auctions located in Tekamah, NE , if questions call us @ 402.374.2792 oir 402.870.1403. We will be onsite June 20th & 21st between 1 & 5pm and Saturday between 9am to 12 noon also for checkout. All items must be pickup up by Saturday June 22nd before 12noon unless prior arrangements are made with the Staff at Lee Valley Auction.
