The buyers premium is subject to all applicable taxes. 4.Patriot Pickers LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, Cashiers check and Cash as payments. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. 5.The Patriot Pickers Auctioneer will have the final decision determining the winner of all bids and sales. In case of a tie bid or a bid dispute, the auctioneer has the authority to determine the winner or use his/her extensive auctioning experience and resolve the dispute as fair as possible. 6. All items outside of a 100 mile radius of Sparks, NV will be automatically charged Monday following the auction and once shipping has been calculated. All items must be paid for in FULL by 5:00 P.M. Wednesday following the auction. If Patriot Pickers LLC does not receive full payment by 5pm Wednesday following the auction, your items will be forfeited without prior notification to Patriot Pickers by phone or email. We will seek to accommodate buyers who reach out to us 7.All items must be removed from Patriot Pickers property by 5:00 pm Wednesday following the auction. 8.Any bidder wanting to use a tax resale number must have their resale # on file with Patriot Pickers before the auction begins. NO Changes will be made once the auction starts. 9. Local pick up - 1275 Kleppe Lane Unit 25 Sparks, NV 89431 10. Buyer must have reciept in order to pick up items. 11. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own item pickup. Patriot Pickers is not responsible for damages to any items once buyer assumes possession. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap, boxes and other equipment as needed. 12. We provide shipping at customer cost , SMALL ITEMS ONLY - MINIMUM OF $9.99 for Handling Fee Shipping prices are determined by Stamps.com. WE ONLY SHIP SMALL ITEMS. We have limited staff if it doesnt fit in one of our standard boxes we will NOT ship it. Some Items require additional handling costs. 13. All Firearms sales must be handled over the phone and all firearms will be sent to a licensed FFL Dealer either in Reno/Sparks or shipped to the designated dealer in your respective area.
