Online buyers premium of 8% per item sold to online bidders.
7% Indiana Sales Tax is applied to invoice total, including internet premium. Buyer is able to fill out Indiana sales tax exempt form with proper identification number to be marked tax exempt.
Payment:
Valid Credit Card Required for bidding approval.
All online bidders will be invoiced after completion of auction, through the email address registered with.
On ALL purchases your credit card on file will automatically be charged, unless you make prior arrangements with the auction company, via auction notes or email.
We do accept Cash, Good check, Credit Card accepted with a 4% fee, or wire transfer accepted with a $15 transfer fee added to total invoice. You must let us know prior to the end of the auction if you're paying cash or check, otherwise your card will be ran.
No items will be released until payment is made in full.
Pick Up:
Shipping & Pick Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up within stated load out days (unless other arrangements have been made)
Load Out Dates: Day of Auction. We will be on site all day for load out. All items must be removed as soon as possible.
Items not picked up after stated load out dates, will be forfeited (unless other arrangements have been made)
All items are sold "as-is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, we make no guarantees, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. Assets are subject to additions and deletions.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect items conditions & authenticity prior to bidding. We strongly suggest bidders to examine any items they are interested in before the auction takes place.

If you choose to put a max bid on items, there is a possibility of your max bid and floor bid to end up in a tie bid. Floor bid will take precedence on any tie bid.
Announcements made the day of Auction take precedence over printed matter. Not responsible for accidents or articles after being sold.
