Terms and Conditions: By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payments:
Card payments:
Immediately after the close of the auction, we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. We will send an invoice for any cards that fail to process, which can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: rillawild@gmail.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder or call us at 385-262-7277
Cash payments:
You may contact us prior to the auction close to request to pay via cash. If you are a cash buyer, you will receive an invoice from rillawild@gmail.com with your balance due. If you are a cash buyer but have not picked up your items during the scheduled pickup dates/times, we will charge the card on file on the last day of the scheduled pickup times.
Pickups: Items will be available for pickup once the auction has closed. You will receive an emailed copy of your invoice shortly after the close of the auction.

Thursday, July 4, - CLOSED Happy 4th!
Friday, July 5, 1-7pm
Saturday, July 6, 10-2pm
As a small family auction, our regular business hours are not so regular, so we encourage you to make arrangements for pickup during the times listed above. Please contact us with any questions.
All items not picked up 15 days past auction close will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal with no refund given.

Shipping: We offer shipping on select items only to US only. The item description will list whether shipping is available. At auction close, we will send an invoice for the shipping price. Once that is paid (within your 15 day pickup window), your item will be shipped. Any shipping not paid 15 days past auction close will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal with no refund given.
We do not ship items that are listed as “no shipping”. Please bid accordingly.
Item Conditions: We do our best to inspect each item and provide you with its condition and functionality. If you have any questions or would like to preview the item, please reach out to us. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. All items are sold as is, where is, and without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Returns and Refunds: While we try to inspect each item for condition and functionality, we also understand that occasionally we can miss something. If we do make an error in the listing, we will refund you. We provide a 3-day refund window from the date of the auction for any items that were not accurately represented. As this is an auction, we do not offer refunds past 3 days or for any other reason (color, size, etc.) than condition or functionality.
Email/Text: By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails.
STOP/Unsubscribe If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. HiBid emails are not controlled by Last Auction Hero. If you would no longer like to receive emails from HiBid you may make adjustments to your notification and communications in your HiBid account.
