BADLANDS RIFF RAFF (Jabiru Salt N Pepper x Badlands Honeytone Jive) Rising 5yo 37.5" palomino pinto stallion, IMHR, ICHR and ISHR registered.
He has sired three lovely, well put together foals in 2023 with more due in 2024. He runs with mares happily. He has great conformation and can throw dilute and pinto foals.
He is a multi supreme winner himself, but has not been shown for the past year or two. He is in great shape and if it weren't for now having no forelock, could be clipped and step into the show ring with minimal conditioning needed.
He is not a child's horse. He requires a firm, confident adult handler. Since learning he was a stallion, he has become a bit strong and vocal at times and can be disagreeable about having his back legs handled. I think lack of recent handling (he's just been turned out while we take a break from showing) has not helped this. He comes when called and is easy to catch, lead, float, tie up etc. With a regular handling routine, I think he would come good again as he was such a sweet, well handled baby who only lost his manners since being joined with mares. He may become sensible again if he were gelded.
Would also make a great teaser.
We would prefer to not keep him where he can potentially come to harm again so this is your only opportunity to get this well bred, well put together horse for a reduced price, if not sold now, we will find somewhere else to turn him back out until his hair grows back out and his price will go back to our original asking price.
