SHIPPING
WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING. Although we do not ship items, many of our customers utilize our local UPS shipping service for pickup, packing, and shipping.

Items must be scheduled to be picked up by no later than Friday at 9am after the auction closes.UPS will pickup up your items Friday after auction close if you have provided the required documentation

Both MUST BE EMAILED before we can release your items for shipping. emailed to us at team@usedtwo.com and to The UPS Store at store5681@theupsstore.com. If you fail to provide the required documentation your items will not be released and invoices will not be refunded, and your items will become forfeit. We do not pack your items for shipping, you must utilize UPS packing services.. YOU MUST USE OUR LOCAL UPS STORE - YOU MUST USE ALL 3 UPS SERVICES: PICKUP, PACKING, AND SHIPPING SERVICES. NO PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS. You must send the UPS Store a copy of your invoice and your shipping address must match the address on file with Hibid before we can release your items for shipping and packing. If you are out of state and/or are purchasing jewelry, gold, silver, or other items at our discretion, we have several requirements before we can release your items for shipping. 1. You must send the UPS Store a copy of your invoice and your shipping address must match the address on file with Hibid. 2. Valid Driver License: A valid driver's license must be provided to us (photo or scan). The address must match the address on file with Hibid. 3. Signed Invoice: You must sign your paid invoice(attached to the winning bidder email that you received), photo/scan and email it back to us. We will await required documents to be emailed to us before releasing your items to UPS pickup.

Welcome to UsedTwo Auctions. Catalog Preview Images will become available as we process upcoming auctions. The Full Auction Catalog of Preview Images will be available by Monday evening before the start of the auction.
On Site In Person Previews are available Monday - Friday 9am to 12pm from Monday through Friday while the auction is live from 9am-12pm at our Frederick Warehouse: 7313 Grove Road, Warehouse Unit G, Frederick MD 21704. Please call ahead for availability at 301-685-5677.
Our auctions run from Tuesday to Tuesday. Pickup is still Thursday following the auction close from 10 am to 6 pm. If you are unable to pick up your items on Thursday, just email us PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE for a rescheduled pickup at team@usedtwo.com. . On the end of business day Friday, if items fail to be picked up and we have not heard from you for rescheduling, your items may be forfeited. UsedTwo is not responsible for items that are not picked up within the designated pickup window.
