The down payment (earnest money) may be made in the form of Check or Certified Cashier's Check, is non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price at closing. YOU'RE BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing if needed. A pre-approval letter from your lender may be required to bid.
