In the Circuit Court of Pulaski County Case No. 60DR-22-4453 Jeff Hoyt and Lydia Hoyt are hereby ordered that all Real and Personal Property is to be sold at Auction. The property is located in Perry Arkansas. The personal property will be sold to the highest bidder through online auction format and close out on Friday 10/4/2024 starting at 5:00 pm. READ PLEASE: The property will be sold online and live so let me explain. The winning bidder for the PROPERTY at closing will be a pending bid taken to live auction the following morning at 9:00 AM. Example: Lets say the double wide and 72 acres of land closes online at $140k, Then Saturday morning @ 9:00 the starting bid for that property will be 141,000. If the bid in person is NOT higher than the online bid, then the person online WINS the bid. If in person the bid exceeds the online price, then the online closing bid will be voided. THIS IS FOR THE LAND PURCHASES ONLY. Each lot will have a 10% buyers premium attatched to the winning bid. Example: If l ot 2 brings 140K then you will pay 154K. The winning bidders of EACH lot will pay 10% down that day, or by close of business day (5:00 pm) on Monday October 7th. You will get an auction receipt from the auction company and will take that to Perry County Title company where they will handle the offer/acceptance/ search/ etc and you will be responsible for closing costs and fees associated with that. You will need to close in 30-45 days.
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to each lot. There will be 10% required payment by 5pm on Monday October 7th by cash, certified check, debit/credit card with a 4% fee or wire transfer. The property will need to be closed through Perry County Title Company 30-45 days from date of sale.
