BIDS: If there is a tie bid between a live and online bid, a live bid will take precedence over an online bid. TERMS: The buyer will pay 10% of the purchase price as a down payment the day of the auction. An online buyer will be required to make a wire transfer for the down payment which will include a $15 wire transfer fee. Payment is in US dollars. The balance will be due upon closing on or before October 15, 2024. Down payment will be escrowed with NCK Title LLC. Title insurance will be used. The cost will be split 50/50 between seller and purchaser. Escrow fees will be split 50/50 between seller and purchaser. Thummel Real Estate & Auction LLC is acting as seller agent.
