If shipping is required, a copy of the ffl where the gun will be shipped must be emailed to soliqiudations@yahoo.com . Air rifles and black powder guns are excempt. * We do not automatically charge your card on file * Non-local bidders will receive a payment invoice (shipping included) directly from our company for payment, We do not currently charge your card on file automatically. * All items are sold as is where is no exceptions * Buyer's have 5 calendar days from tracking receipt to iniate a return. Refunds are issued once items are returned at the buyer's expense * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any questions please contact us. * A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to every item sold. This covers the cost of processing credit cards * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. (BRING HELP) * Out of state bidders will typcally pay via credit card. However, new bidders and bidders buying coins, jewelry and gold may be required to pay via wire transfer or check. * Local bidders can pay cash, checks and credit cards at pick up * All of our auctions have a soft close. * Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. * While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
