This card will be charged immediately following the end of the auction. Welcome to Ridge Estate Services online auctions! We are pleased to bring to you an auction with wonderful items. All items are described in detail to the best of our knowledge and ability. *ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. We describe items to the best of our ability with support of detailed pictures. You are welcome view all auction items in person and/or to ask questions and for additional pictures of items. If we cannot pinpoint the exact maker or production time of a piece then we are making an educated guess. Any words used to describe items are done so using general terms to categorize and approximate the time in which they were made. **There will be a 13% buyer’s premium applied to your winning bid, so bid with that in mind. When you win the bid it is your responsibility for the pick up or shipping of the item(s). All items should be picked up within three (3) days following end of the auction, during specified days ie: Auction ends on Wednesday night, pick up will be the following Thursday/Friday 9:30am-3:30pm est and Saturday 10am-5pm est. If an item qualifies for shipping we will send you shipping costs and tracking following the auction. Handling fees may also apply. If picking up items, please email: Lisa@RidgeEstateServices.com, with date and time you plan to be here, so we can have your items ready for you to pick up. *** Bring boxes/totes along with packing materials. **Your winning bid is a contract of sale which means you are responsible for paying for all items in full plus shipping costs if applicable. Let us know if there is an issue with any items received within 5 days of receiving the item or pick up. If items are not picked up or shipped within 5 days of the auction’s close, your item(s) will be resold or donated, and your original purchase is forfeited with no refunds. We certainly appreciate your business, but we cannot store your items for extended periods of time with limited space. Pickup: All items can be picked up at 626 East Main St., Ridge Spring, SC 29129 Pick up dates and times: Thursday and Friday: 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am -5pm, after auction ends. Thursday - 9:30am - 3:30pm Friday - 9:30am - 3:30pm Saturday - 10am - 5pm, all times are EST ** Please email (Lisa@RidgeEstateServices.com) with the date and time you will be picking up your winning items, so we can have them prepared for your arrival. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING: boxes/totes/containers and packing material to secure your valuables Items that qualify for shipping will be sent to the address on file, please have correct shipping address updated in your profile before end of auction. We do in house shipping through USPS and UPS. For larger items (furniture, etc..), buyer is responsible for coordinating shipping through a company of their choice within the 5 day time frame. In cases where shipping cannot be managed within the 5 day time frame, short term storage, no more than 10 days, may be discussed ahead of time with RES. Storage fees will apply.
