This is an online only auction. By placing a bid in this auction, the bidder indicates they accept all terms and conditions of this auction. By placing a bid, bidder indicates they accept the pictures and descriptions as given, or have inspected the item to their satisfaction. On-Line Bidding: This is an online only timed auction. The highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. Auction will be open for bidding from the time of posting until September 18th at 5:00 PM Central Time. Items will begin a "soft close" starting at 5:00 PM Central Time on September 18th. Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing the bid. Invoice and Payment: ***NOTICE*** For this auction, we will not be offering payment at time of pickup unless arrangements have been made ahead of time from the auction company. Instead, credit card on file with HiBid will be ran at the conclusion of the auction. We will not have staff available at time of pickup to accept payment. All Buyers will pay the price of the individual item plus an additional 10% buyer premium. An additional 4% credit card convenience fee will also be charged. All items are subject to sales tax. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please notify us by calling Brandon at 308-760-6991. Please keep in mind that sometimes emails may be delivered to your junk/spam folder. Item Pickup: Items shall be picked up at 1050 W Bell St, Arlington, NE 68002 on the following dates and times: Friday, Sept 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm OR Saturday, Sept 21st from 8am-noon. Please adhere to pickup times as we will not be available for pickup other than these times. All items must be paid for in full before being removed. All items will be removed at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Please bring your own packing materials and manpower to safely remove and load your own items. Any items not removed from our facility within the specified pickup time will be considered abandoned, and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property including all funds used to purchase the items, unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the auction company. Shipping: Attention!!! Payment method for shipping on this auction is different than usual! All shipping payments will be made directly to Jeremy Hansen via Venmo since he will be handling all shipping for this auction. Shipping charges will not be associated with Riverside Auction & Sales, and therefore will not be collected by Riverside Auction & Sales. Please call Jeremy if you have questions regarding shipping. Shipping will be available for small items only. Shipping will not be provided for any items that cannot be easily packaged in a shipping box even if the listing states "Shipping Available". Shipping WILL NOT be offered to destinations outside of the United States. Please call Jeremy at 402-679-6928 to make shipping arrangements.. There will be a minimum $10.00 handling charge per item (discounted with multiple items) plus the cost of the shipping. Jeremy Hansen will determine the shipping method and rate based on the most economical way possible. Shipping will be done as soon as possible but may take up to 10 days after the auction to get your items shipped. Please note we are unable to and will not provide a shipping estimate prior to the auction. We have no way of estimating shipping costs without having the item packaged ready for shipping. Auction Software used by Riverside Auction and Sales will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. Be sure you know what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid. Our staff tries to take clear concise photos of the individual lots, however, sometimes other lot items photos can be displayed in the background of of a lot. Most item descriptions were provided to the auction company from the seller. Riverside Auction & Sales will not be at fault for any incorrect advertising or item descriptions. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Riverside Auction and Sales
