• Inspection & Condition
There is inspection for the auction at our current estate sale, but all lots are described and photographed to the best of our ability to give a fair and accurate representation of condition. All items are purchased AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from Turnabout Estate Sales. If you have questions about a particular lot please reach out by phone or email prior to the auction closing.
• Payment
Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an online auction. The card used to register will be charged automatically at the end of the auction unless buyer indicates they prefer to pay cash (with a 2% discount of hammer price) at time of pickup. Turnabout reserves the right to charge the card used if there is any delay in picking up and paying for item. A 10 % Buyers Premium in addition to TX sales tax of 8.25% will be added to bid to determine the final sale price.
• Pickup
An email will be sent at the close of the auction to all winning bidders to specify pickup time availability and other details.
In the event that your item(s) are not picked up during the available pickup dates and times you will forfeit your items and the payment made will not be refunded. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AT THE DESIGNATED PICK-UP TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY and will not be the responsibility of Turnabout. the auctioneer, or the seller.to hold for the buyer.
• Shipping
Domestic non-PO Box shipping is available unless indicated on the lot description page. If a lot is not available for shipping it will say so in the description of the lot. We only charge the actual quote given by the carrier (UPS or USPS). We DO NOT CHARGE any additional handling fees other than a cc processing fee for shipping. After the sale is complete and payment has been processed you may indicate if you want your order shipped by emailing the address sent to you in the pickup sign up form. If we see an out of state address, we will assume shipping unless the buyer reaches out beforehand to say they are picking up on the pick up dates. We will send an invoice payable by credit card to your phone within 3 business days to collect payment for shipping. Payment is due within FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE INVOICE. Failure to pay invoice by the end of the fifth business day will result in your items being forfeited and the shipping invoice being cancelled. Once invoice is paid the item will be shipped within 2 business days and tracking will be emailed to you.
