* All fireamrs can be picked up locally and can be shipped. If shipping is required, a copy of the ffl where the gun will be shipped must be emailed to soliqiudations@yahoo.com . Air rifles and black powder guns are excempt.
* We do not automatically charge your card on file
* Non-local bidders will receive a payment invoice (shipping included) directly from our company for payment, We do not currently charge your card on file automatically.
* All items are sold as is where is no exceptions
* Buyer's have 5 calendar days from tracking receipt to iniate a return. Refunds are issued once items are returned at the buyer's expense
* All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any questions please contact us.
* A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to every item sold. This covers the cost of processing credit cards * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction.
* No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full.
* It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. (BRING HELP)
* Out of state bidders will typcally pay via credit card. However, new bidders and bidders buying coins, jewelry and gold may be required to pay via wire transfer or check.
* Local bidders can pay cash, checks and credit cards at pick up
* All of our auctions have a soft close.
* Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
* While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Southern Oaks Liquidations LLC shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
* Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Buyer’s Premium Will Apply.
* Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond control. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid. Auctioneer will work to accommodate varying internet speeds but is not responsible for the final result of delays.

Firearms: All firearms requiring shippng will be sent to a licemsed FFL dealer. It is the bidders responsibility to provide us with this documentation. FFL documents can be emailed to soliquidations@yahoo.com. Firearms made prior to 1898 abd black powder firearms are exempt. Online payments may not be available for firearms purchases.
