Buyer's Contract
By placing bids on the Wooley Auctioneers website, you are entering into a binding contract and are responsible for paying all amounts due. If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the specified times, you must not bid.
Bidding Ends
Bidding closes Wednesday, October 23rd at 7:00 PM (Soft Close).
Load Out/Removal
Items are available for pick-up by appointment only. To schedule, contact Aaron Acklin with AGC at 2100 Brookwood Dr., Little Rock, AR 72202.

Payment Options
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, or cash. No checks accepted. Contact auctioneer Brad Wooley at 501-940-3979 or via email at brad@wooleyauctioneers.com before the auction closes if you wish to pay by cash.
Buyer's Premium
A 13.5% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases.
Credit Card Convenience Fee
A 3.5% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. Contact auctioneer Brad Wooley before the auction closes if you wish to pay by cash at 501-940-3979.
Transfer Fee
A $40 transfer fee will be applied to each firearm purchased.
Retention of Credit Card Information
By providing your credit card information, you authorize Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. to charge your card for the purchase amount, including Buyer's Premium, Transfer Fee, and/or Shipping & Handling (if applicable).
Note: A $25 service fee will be charged for any declined credit card, resulting in additional time or contact needed to establish payment. If you need to use an alternative credit card, notify us immediately by email.
Shipping
Standard FEDEX rates plus a $10 handling fee will be added to the final sale price. All shipped firearms must go to an FFL dealer. The quicker we receive your FFL, the faster we can ship your item.

Participation Requirements
" Must be 21 years of age or older.
" Must not be a convicted felon.
" Valid credit card required for bidding approval.
Currency Type
All transactions will be conducted in USD.

" No Returns: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or adjustments.

" Any debt collection or disputes will be heard in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

" All announcements made prior to the close of the auction take precedence over written or verbal statements.

Explanation of Soft Close
If a bid is placed within the last minute of the auction, the close time will extend by 1 minute. This process repeats with each new bid, preventing "sniping" and ensuring fair bidding for all participants.
