REGISTRATION: All information provided by bidder during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list are for sale locally in our showroom. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars and items are immediately ready for delivery or pickup upon sale. Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. We accept Paypal or Credit Card for deposit only, not full payment of vehicle. Paypal/Credit Card can be used to pay for machines in full with a fee of 3.99% added to invoice total. Payment accepted by cashiers check, wire transfer, buyer financing, Woodside Credit financing, credit card or cash. Wire transfer is both accepted and recommended for vehicle purchase. Personal checks/company checks are acceptable with prior approval by the auctioneer. All sales transactions must be completed within 10 calendar days of auction close. Dealer has 30 days to remit Title and paperwork to the buyer once processed. Prices do not include Title, License, Registration Fees, State or Local Sales Taxes where applicable or Processing Fees, if any. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help get pricing for shipping and suggest carriers but customer must finalize all shipping arrangements and pay for transport of the car from Belmont, Ohio. NO WARRANTY - All of our vehicles/items are classic used cars and are sold as is, no expressed or implied warranty is made.
