Description |
1. What happens to my item(s) if I don't pick up? We have 2 days designated for pick up. If you fail to show up for your items during those designated days/times, your items will be deemed abandoned and re-sold at a future auction. You may or may not be banned from participating in future auctions. We are on a very limited time schedule. We are not a storage facility.
2. Do you offer shipping? NO! Nor do we load LTL.
3. Can I come and look at things? Yes, we prefer that you do. Please read Lot #1 For days/times.
4. I made a mistake, can you remove my bid? NO! BIDS ARE NOT RETRACTABLE. Please do us both a favor and don't even ask. We've heard every excuse out there. Bids are not retractable.
5. My card on file will not be sufficient to process my purchases. Can you change it? NO. We only have access to the card you registered with. If your card declines, you will be required to bring a card and drivers license with you to pick up to pay for purchases. If you fail to do so, you will be reported to Hi-Bid as a non paying customer and banned from participating in future auctions with us.
6. Will you be going back to "Live" in person auctions? NO
7. Do Items have a warranty? NO. Everything is sold as is, we recommend you take advantage of preview days.

9. Do you offer shipping? NO
10. I'm tax exempt. Please call out office to make arrangements to send us your paperwork.
11. What type of payment do you accept? Please read Lot #2
12. Where does all this stuff come from? We sell excess inventory and overstock for many different companies around the country. This product is all consigned to our auctions to be sold at auction.
13. Does the auction "end" at 12:00? No, it starts closing at 12:00. One item will close every 5 seconds, in numerical order, unless the "soft close" happens then bidding extends on those items only. The other items continue to close as scheduled. Typically an auction will take a minimum of 5-6 hours to close.
14. What happens if I do not pay my bill? You get reported to Hi Bid as a non paying bidder. Negative reports affect your bid score with Hi Bid. You will also be banned from participating in any future auctions with us.
15. What happens if my product gets damaged by a forklift driver? It is the buyers responsibility to remove his/her items once purchased. If you choose to have a forklift load product that is on a pallet, you do so at your own risk. It is very uncommon for product to be damaged during loading, but it could happen. PBA nor it's employees are responsible for any damage. We load with a forklift as a courtesy, on a first come first serve basis.
16. I missed buying something that didn't sell. Can I still buy it? No. The product you missed out on will most likely get sold at the next auction.
17. How do things sell?
Unless otherwise stated in the lot title or lot description, the following is typically how items will sell.
Decking and trim by the lineal foot.
Kitchens by the set. In the description, B=Base, W=Wall, SB=Sink base P=Pantry, OC= Oven Cabinet, WDC= Wall diagonal cabinet, WGD=Glass Wall (dream sets) To order additional pieces of SilverCreek kitchens, if available, please call Kim at 330-533-2211 - Be sure to read the item descriptions. We have multiple consignors sending kitchen cabinets. Some do not offer additional pieces.
Flooring (hardwoods, laminate, tile, etc) by the square foot
Rolls of Vinyl floor and rolls of carpet by the sq ft
Insulation by the bag ( not by the sleeve)
Tools and misc either by the piece, box or tray
Doors by the piece. LH= Left swing, RH= Right swing
Lots with A-B-C etc lots are usually (but not always) the same as the lead lot.

This is a public auction with online bidding only. Everything sells AS IS. We DO NOT offer shipping! We will not load any LTL's
-Due to recent attempts to register by fraudulent bidders, it is now necessary for us to approve any and all new bidders. We recommend you register early on to avoid a delay in the bidding process. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but due to the people committing the fraud, it is necessary.
-All sales are final!
-Everything is sold "AS IS"
-There are NO BID RETRACTIONS so bid accordingly.
-There are also no refunds for bidding on items you decide you don't want or can't pick up.
-All items are pictured and described to the best of our ability, however, there is no warranty or guarantee implied or expressed on items. All items sell "AS IS"
-We highly suggest that you take full advantage of the preview days and times.
-Come look things over and judge for yourself. This is especially true for the store return items and the Andersen windows. There are so many different variables when it comes to windows.
-We try our best, but it's always best to check for yourself. We reserve the right to amend, remove or correct any and all items and will correct all clerical errors as we find them.
-Make sure to read over the pick up times schedule. There are scheduled pick up days/times. If you do not pick up your items on those days/times, the item(s) will be deemed abandoned and will be sold at a future auction. You will NOT be reimbursed for items not picked up.
-Make certain you understand the pick up times and dates and are able to abide by them.
-There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
-You MUST have a Credit Card on file that will accept the payment for your purchases. If your credit card declines, you will be required to present a card as well as your drivers license at pick up. We will not accept payment over the phone.
-We also need a valid email address to email you a copy of your receipt.
-Please add Online@pbauctions.com to your contact list to avoid your receipt from going into your spam folder.
Make sure you have read our terms and conditions, Pick up location and Pick up schedule. If you can not make the scheduled days/times, we respectfully ask that you do not bid.
All items are subject to a 10% buyer premium as well as local sales tax.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. Your credit card will be charged once the sale has completely closed. This sale will take approximately 6 - 7 hours to close, with or plus soft close items. Please be patient. Your receipt will be emailed to you once we close the sale. You will need a copy of your receipt to pick up your items. We can provide that for you the day(s) of pickup. Please add onlinepba@gmail.com to your email address book to avoid your invoice possibly going into your spam folder.
**Note** Please know that ALL debit and credit cards have daily purchasing limits REGARDLESS OF YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE. If your final total for the auction is higher than your Daily Limit then your card company will decline the purchase. If you do not know your limit, or need your limit increased, we suggest you contact your bank prior to the close of the auction. When registering or signing in to bid on the Hi-bid platform, the system will ask you to verify the card you want charged. Once you have chosen the card, YOU CAN NOT CHANGE IT. If your card declines, you will be required to bring a card and your drivers license when picking up. We will not be taking payment over the phone.
