NO SHIPPING Bidding Closes Thursday, Sept 26th at 4pm CST --Payment can be made at pickup by credit card (6% convenience fee plus 6.2% sales tax on convenience fee), check with photo ID, or cash. Payment is due by Sat Sept 28th at Noon or balance will be charged to your credit card you registered with regardless if you pickup or not. --Pickup location is 108 W 17th Ave Tyndall, SD . Pickup times are Fri Sept 27 1-5pm and Sat Sept 28 10am-Noon. Pallet items, etc will be able to be loaded with a forklift on site. Buyer is responsible to bring help to load heavy items that need to be loaded by hand. We are an auction company not a moving company. Bring the appropriate equipment AND HELP to load your items. Once again, for heavy items bring help to load. The auction company has no obligation to help you load. Plan accordingly. All items are to be removed by Sat Sept 28th at Noon. Items remaining after will become the property of the Auction Company. Due to space restrictions we are unable to hold your purchases for you. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future. Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final. Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
