Terms and Conditions for Online Auction
Items Sold As Is:
All items are sold "as is." No warranties, either expressed or implied, are provided regarding the condition, functionality, or suitability of the items.
No Returns or Refunds:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Binding Bids:
All bids placed are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes.
Payment Methods:
Payment will be via the registered card. The card will be charged automatically at the auction's close. If you are a cash buyer or claiming a tax exemption, you must notify us prior to the auction's close, or the card will be charged. In the event a tax-exempt buyer fails to notify us, we will not refund the difference; they will have to claim it when remitting sales tax.
Sales Tax Exemption:
If you are claiming a sales tax exemption, you must email a copy of your up-to-date sales tax and use permit prior to bidding. Failure to notify us before the auction closes will result in your card being charged, and we will not refund the difference.
Item Pickup:
Items must be picked up during the designated dates and times provided. Failure to pick up items during these times will result in a $25 late fee.
Shipping:
Shipping will be automatically added to any buyer whose registered address is more than 125 miles from the auction. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged at the same time the lots are charged. All shipping will include mandatory insurance for the item's value (based on the winning bid) at the buyer's expense.
No Assistance with Loading or Packaging:
We do not provide assistance with loading or packaging. Bidders must provide their own labor and materials for pickup.

Questions and concerns are best addressed via email. Secondary preference is text message. Please, no phone calls.
