There is a 10% buyer's premium added to all bidder purchases no discounts. Payment is due at conclusion of auction. All sales are final, and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchanges. When registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds. You must bring help for furniture and larger pieces as well as packing supplies. All items must be picked up by the high bidder or arrangements made. Any item not picked up after pickup window becomes the property of Pink Gavel Auctions. All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are to rely upon their own inspection, judgement, and research to determine value and condition. Any description provided is done so as a service to interested buyers and does not imply any warranty. If a lot is pictured with items on it, you are purchasing the item described and not the contents unless stated otherwise. This applies to non-visual contents in furniture as well. Shipping: Bidders that need shipping must contact us by email if shipping is needed and understand that there is a min $5.00 packing and handling charge plus the UPS Or USPS charge. Please allow a 3-4-day period for processing. We do not accept bids last minute as we are usually closed by 8pm EST. The auction closes in sequence starting at that time, remaining open until all soft closes finalize. We recommend registration early in the week to allow for approval and acceptance. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated and then an updated invoice will be emailed to you. A $5.00 Processing fee is added to all items that need to be shipped. Please allow 5 business days for shipping to be processed. We ship via UPS & USPS We are closed on the weekends and will not respond to emails or calls until the next working business day. Pickup location is 11 Broadway Houlton Maine from 10am-3:30pm Monday - Friday ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID FOR BY THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY.
