Simply put, pre-owned watches, much like a car can have a wide variety of aftermarket parts. If a pre-owned Lexus gets new tires, is it still a Lexus? The same is true for watches. CUSTOM ORDERS, THEY WILL TAKE UP TO 25 WORKING DAYS TO SHIP. Dear Diamonds and Jewelry may attempt to describe currency in advertising, on the internet, and in the auction. Any description referring to currency grade or condition is completely the subjective opinion of Dear Diamonds and Jewelry and Dear Diamonds and Jewelry makes no express or implied warranties based on the subjective descriptions of any currency being sold. We guarantee the authenticity of all currency being auctioned, but in no way guarantees the condition or grade of any currency being auctioned regardless of any subjective opinion put forth by DDJ. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be the judge of the currency grade/condition by the pictures provided. Buyers are further encouraged to contact DDJ with any questions prior to the start of the auction. Internet bidders acknowledge that they are not able to inspect the lots beyond photo examination and additionally by questions put to DDJ by telephone prior to the auction, and that such examination is not as good as if they examined it in person but its the only examination available since this is an Online Auction Only It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, value or any other determinative factor. Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the Bidder prior to placing any bid. If either party alleges that the other party is in default under this agreement, then the dispute or allegation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida. DDJ shall select a neutral arbitrator. The arbitration process shall be initiated by either party requesting arbitration which must be served upon the other party by certified mail. Failure to participate in the arbitration is a default. Each party shall simply present their case (limited to a maximum of one hour for each party) to the arbitrator. The parties agree and acknowledge that they are completely waiving their rights to have the dispute heard in a court of law. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have complete jurisdiction over the dispute and can issue an award to the prevailing party. Arbitration fees shall be paid by the party not prevailing in the dispute or as seen fit by the arbitrator. Any award determined by the arbitrator shall be binding and the prevailing party shall be awarded full reimbursement of its actual paid fees in connection with the dispute. By signing up to participate in a DDJ auction, Bidder specifically agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as Bidder’s sole means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with DDJ. By doing so Bidder specifically agrees that Bidder will not file a dispute of any kind with a credit card, PayPal or any other third parties. In the event that Bidder violates this provision, in consideration of DDJ’ approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in DDJ’ auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by Bidder against DDJ and further agrees that Bidder is liable to DDJ for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting. Bidder’s bid at all times represents an irrevocable offer by Bidder to enter into a binding contract to purchase the lot in accordance with the specific provisions of the listing.
APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company or the third-party appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Opinions of value and quality of stones can vary greatly among "experts" based on current market conditions, availability in the market place, geographical location, gemological equipment types, method of grading and the evaluator's training. Such variances do not constitute any error on either evaluator. Dear Diamonds and Jewelry LLC does not warranty any opinion of value. Appraisal value should be considered for insurance purposes only, not actual value, as price varies greatly from retail locations throughout the world. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit.
As is customary in the jewelry business, when items we have manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. There are several items in this auction that are brand new, manufactured items, and this process would be similar to the processes used by major chain jewelry stores that have several of a single item. we have manufacture pieces of same item and that why we offer them for sale every single week.
While Dear Diamonds and Jewelry makes every effort to call to the attention of bidders the use of after-market parts in jewelry and watches sold, the use of such parts or stones shall not constitute a warranty or representation that the items are original in their entirety. These modifications, customizations, and alterations may impair the ability of the original manufacturer to repair such item or certify the item as authentic.
Photography: All items are phoographed used a 10x high powered macr lens. Items are placed in a professional lighting studio box to enhance the lighting and represent natural lighting from the outdoors.
It is important to note that items will appear in photos as if you are viewing them under a 10x loupe, and can look different (generally better) to the naked eye. Items are NOT edited or at all. Manufactured goods may be examined and appraised by the appraisal company in groups, with reports being issued reflecting their findings and views that are the same . Photographs used for the purpose of appraisals or auction listing may be used multiple times when an item is manufactured to have no noticable difference.

In rare occasions some items auctioned will not be available after auction has concluded and winner has paid for such item, this happens in rare ocassion and it happens sometimes because it has been sold locally in our shop and since we are humans beings we can make mistakes, like I said its rare but sometimes it happens. and participating in our auction and placing a bid in any item you are agreeing to this and if it ever happens to you a full refund will be given, if this is not ok with you please do not bid on any non custom items. All custom items are always available since its a piece of jewelry made by us or for us like the cuban chain link, we fabricate a variety of items those ourselves and thats why its being offered week after week
