Description
SHIPPING ONLY AUCTION HOW DOES THIS WORK? It's simple. American SPOKANE ESTATE BUYERS. is an Online Public Auction company we purchase full estates and liquidate here. These items are offered for sale to the public on our website for a fixed period of time with a defined closing date and time. To register you simply sign up for an account on our secure website. HOW DO I REGISTER? At the top of your screen, click "Login/New Bidder." If you are a new bidder, click the black box. This will prompt you to enter your email address. You will be emailed a link to validate your email, and then you can finish your registration. It's fast, easy and secure. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Your credit card will be validated by First Data (the world's largest payment processor) and in doing so, a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your account to ensure the credit card is valid, and that only legitimate bidders are participating. This process is exactly like paying for gas at the pump! The charge will fall off of your account in 24-48 hours. HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK? The auction is open for bidding as soon as it goes "LIVE" online. Bidding is super easy, at any time you can begin placing your bids and may enter a maximum bid. EXAMPLE: LOT #! - $5 Minimum Bid with no prior bids You can choose to bid $5 on this lot and you would be the high bidder. If someone bids $6, you would then be outbid. If you had placed a maximum bid of $10, and the other person had bid $6, you would automatically outbid the new bid, and would be the high bidder at $7 WHAT ARE THE RULES? Please read the terms and conditions. All bidders must abide by the terms and conditions of the auction to make for a fair and even playing field for everyone. All sales in auctions are final. This is not the same as a retail transaction in that regard, t's important to ask any questions before you bid, a bid is a legally binding contract
a) Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. When you click the "Register to Bid" button, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Spokane Estate Buyers Auction. b) Registering to bid is free. You must provide a credit card during registration. This card will be charged for any items you are high bidder on. Amount charged will include high bid price, Buyer’s Premium and any applicable sales tax. If your card is not able to be charged you will be placed on a ban until you are able to pay. Bidding: a) All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. All sales are final. b) Most items are sold without reserves or limits. Spokane Estate Buyers Auction expressly forbids owners and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. Any items with a reserve will be declared so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price that must be met for the item to sell. c) Spokane Estate Buyers Auction reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Successful bidders are required to pay a Buyer’s Premium on each item purchased. The Buyer’s Premium is 10% on this auction. Condition of Items: a) All items are sold “as is, where is.” We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions. We recommend that you review items carefully within our auction site to inspect any items you’d like to buy BEFORE bidding or write in if there is anything you'd like to clarify or ask again BEFORE bidding. b) No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold “as is” and without recourse. c.1) Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest within the scope of our knowledge. Descriptions are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item BEFORE they submit a bid. c.2) GEMSTONES: Spokane Estate Buyers Auction does not warranty the authenticity of gemstones and certain gemology grading companies. It is solely up to the buyer to do their own research on gemstones and the grading company to determine if a gemstone is authentic and before placing a bid. We will do its best to answer any questions or add any extra picture that might be requested if request is sent in a timely manner. d) APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranteed by the auction company or the third-party appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Opinions of value and quality of stones can vary greatly among "experts" based on current market conditions, availability in the market place, geographical location, gemological equipment types, method of grading and the evaluator's training. Such variances do not constitute any error on either evaluator. Spokane Estate Buyers Auction does not warranty any opinion of value. As is customary in the jewelry business, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size and grade only, not actual value. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit. Responsibility and Ownership: a) Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. Be prepared as the the runner up or second highest bidder to pay what you bid for the item in the event the highest bidder is unable to pay and banned from the auction. b) Buyer should bid prepared to pay shipping. Spokane Estate Buyers Auction is a shipping ONLY auction. Spokane Estate Buyers Auction also does not set the shipping prices. Any and all complaints regarding shipping should be taken to the shipping companies directly. Payment: a) Purchases must be paid in full before items can be shipped. b) Cards will automatically be charged within 3 days following the auction close. c) Any items not paid for within 6 days of the concluded auction we be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or disposed of. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. Item(s) could be subject to $10 per lot/per day storage fee. d) Resellers must submit a reseller permit BEFORE the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. e) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute, chargeback, or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. f) By registering and/or bidding at Spokane Estate Buyers Auction you understand all the terms of this contract. Including the fact that you wave all rights to chargeback, refuse, deny, arbitrate, and/or bring lawsuit against Spokane Estate Buyers Auction or any of the products contained within. This is due to the fact that any knowledge we have of the product will be given including defect, damage, condition, proper description, and recall. Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or understand any of these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT BID. Auction end time may be extended at any time for any reason.
Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.
