*10% or 14% Buyer's Premium (4% Cash/Check Discount on the 14%BP) + 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax + $100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit will be added to the final bid price.

*Invoice must be paid in full, and ALL storage unit contents must be removed, and broom swept within 48 hours of the close of the auction, which is Sunday, September 29, 2024.

This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Friday, September 20, 2024 and closes Friday, September 27, 2024, starting at 6:00PM CST
ONLINE AUCTION STARTS CLOSING
This Auction starts closing Friday, September 27, 2024, starting at 6:00PM CST. Each lot ends 10 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 2 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 2 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.
REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Credit or Debit. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

Iggy's Auction House reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule auctions during any point of the auction event up to the last minute. Announcements take priority over printed material.

*By Bidding, the bidder agrees to have read and accept all terms and conditions expressed and implied, and you are entering into a legal and binding contract. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are in "USED CONDITION" unless otherwise noted.
PAYMENT

CASH, WISCONSIN CHECK, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
10% or 14% Buyer's Premium (4% Cash/Check Discount on the 14%BP) + 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax + $100 Refundable Cleaning Deposit will be added to the final bid price. 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax Applies unless tax exempt. If exempt, you will be required to fill out a Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (form S-211).
The winning bidder must pay for their invoice in full before gaining access to the storage unit. $100 refundable cleaning deposit is per unit and will be returned after the unit is completely empty and broom swept (all contents including trash must be removed from the premises) within 48 hours of the auction closing. Everything Sold is AS-IS. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee.
INVOICE MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND ALL CONTENTS OF STORAGE UNIT REMOVED WITHIN 48 Hours OF THR AUCTION END, which is Sunday, September 29, 2024.
Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00
STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 10 seconds after the previous lot (all lots don't end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend two (2) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last two (2) minutes. You can keep bidding as long as there is time left.

Use our Live Catalog Option to View/Bid on Lots in Real Time as Auction is Closing without having to refresh. View Lot# 5a for Information on this feature (This feature is available, starting at 5:30 on the day the auction closes). We do not recommend bidding on items from your watch list or bid list, since you will have to manually keep refreshing your page to see the current bids and to see if you have been outbid. The bids are constantly changing.
PRACTICE BIDDING LOT
Lot #5B is used for test bidding and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only and you will not be charged for using the practice bidding lot.
MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21, It will take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.
PICKUP/PAYMENT LOCATION AND ACCESS TO UNIT
Call or Text Trina at (715)305-2475 to schedule a time to pay and get access to the unit. There will be no one there to help you unless you schedule an appointment. Payment is made when you gain access to the storage unit. The winning bidder will have 48 Hours to clean out storage unit.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON
Please call or text Trina @ (715)305-2475 to schedule a time to pay and get access to the unit. After the auction has ended you will receive an email that will have your invoice attached and contact information regarding payment and access. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. Payment and removal of the entire contents of the storage unit needs to be done within 48 hours of the auction ending.
