Maximum size box we will ship is 16x10x8. All shipping will be done on Thursdays. We do charge actual shipping charges based on USPS or FedEx rates, whichever is cheaper. No shipping to PO Boxes. 1} Payments will be processed with the credit card on file after auction is complete, cash buyers must inform us by Sunday Before auction end of intent to pay cash in order to receive cash discount. Anyone Needing Shipping must email us by end of day Monday following auction end at info@newlife-auctions.com. Shipping and Handling charge will be added after the item is packed and weighed. We only ship within the contiguous US. 2} Sales tax will be charged and collected on all purchases, as required by appropriate state/local laws, unless proper documentation is provided before auction start. If you are sales tax exempt, you will need to provide us the correct form. ST-105 before start of auction or it will go on the following week. New Life Auction reserves the right to hold winning bid items until payment has been cleared. 3) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. 4) Loss of Bidding Privileges: If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick-up items, your bidding privileges can be revoked.
