Auction Terms & Conditions
*If purchasing coins/gold/high end items that need to be shipped with no prior purchasing or you are a buyer who does not have a strong bidding history, photo IDs and/or cashiers check/wire transfer may be required.
*Auctioneer has the right to request IDs and/or cashiers check for items if there is no prior purchasing history.
*Shipping will be packed and shipped by UPS and paid for by the buyer. WE DO NOT package items. Any lost or damaged items will need to be followed up on by the buyer. We only ship smaller items. Larger items will need to be organized thru the buyer if shipping is needed. Additional $5 dollar fee for transporting items to shipping company.
*If you have a tax ID number you must email it to thayes4242@yahoo.com before the auction if you do not want to be charged sales tax.
*Credit card authorization required for bidding. Once the auction is over the credit card will be ran for total winnings.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. There are NO GURANTEES. If you have questions about condition please call.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Please contact us for additional condition reports if needed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
*If items are not picked up or arrangements are not made then the items will become the property of the auction company.
* 6% Virginia and Local Sales Tax will be added for those who are not tax exempt. If you are tax exempt please text me a photo of your tax exempt form to 540-771-4142 or email it to me at thayes4242@yahoo.com.
* 15% Buyer Premium
* Credit Cards only accepted-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
* For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
