Items are available for viewing online & in-house at least one week prior to the start of the auction. NY state will be charged NY state sales tax unless you have supplied Gold Coast Auctioneers with a valid re-sale permit. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE AND MATERIALS TO PICK UP AND PACK YOUR ITEMS. NOTE!!! Please be aware that any unpaid invoice after 10 days those customers will be charged a storage fee of $10 a day. Please understand we need room for the next auction and unfortunately, many customers keep forgetting to pick up or pay for items. If the purchased property is not removed within 30 days of the sale, we may, at our sole discretion, consider that property abandoned and charge commissions on the sale, after reimbursement for storage.
