Costa Rica Land Auction at 7:00 PM EST

Information
Lot # 1
Group - Category Real Estate - Ag / Farm Land
Lead Guanacaste Costa Rica Ocean View Property
Description
Here is a most beautiful piece of land in Guanacaste Costa Rica. These days many folks talk about having a place to get "off the grid". This piece of property is a perfect solution. Once a farm it has a seasonal stream, fruit trees, honey bee farm, a natural spring and tremendous elevated ocean views. This is an undeveloped piece of land of approximately 75 acres. It overlooks Carrillo Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste. Close to Samara and Nosara which are tourist and surfing destinations. Costa Rica does not allow building near or on the beaches so the premium land and homes are elevated with cool breezes and ocean views. This has it all. Whether used as a private and secluded place to build and retire or divide into lots this piece has every option available with lots on the same mountain selling between $200,000-$300,000 for 2-4 acres parcels. Actor Mel Gibson has a compound just around the corner from this land. This property has a full time caretaker to mend fences and trails, and will come with transferred corporation in which the property is held - which is typical in Costa Rica. We encourage interested folks to call our offices to discuss so we can provide greater detail as needed. This listing carries a reserve. There will be a $2,000.00 deposit required for the winning bidder until all diligence is completed. Please, we encourage questions from qualified buyers.
