REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. Credit card information is collected to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. When an auction closes, if you are the winner, your credit card will be charged with the winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes. BIDDING: All bids are final. If you are a winner, your credit card will be charged at close of the auction. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be notified VIA E-MAIL by the morning following the auction. Your credit card will be charged for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers' premium and applicable taxes. PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Dates and times for pickup are posted on the auction details page. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times, or prior shipping arrangements made, will be considered an abandoned item. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SPECIFIED CHECKOUT TIMES OR THE ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND A DISPOSAL FEE MAY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. Amber Door will charge a packing fee ranging between $5-$25 per box - if some items are very breakable, these will be shippend via a Pack & Ship service where the service includes packing and thus allows the parcel to be insured against breakage. Amber Door is not responsible for shipping issues including damage during shipping, once the items leave our location we are no longer responsible for the items, shipping is AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will work to determine the best shipment option possible, once bidding is final and if you have specified shipping, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email with the tracking id, if applicable.
