All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value, or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. We do this to the best of our ability and many times rely on information given to us from the consignor. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc. Stock photos are for item identification ONLY. Live Oak Auctions LLC shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection they’re with. We do not fully inspect every item and advise you to do so on auction inspection day. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal. No Exceptions. PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards and cash payment. We do not accept checks or cashier checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Live Oak Auctions LLC.
PICK-UP
Pick up times & dates are firm. All items are to be picked up by the designated time that auction states . Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick-up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Live Oak Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF Live Oak Auctions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANY WAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS.
SHIPPING
Most items can be shipped. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any item or set of items shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Furniture and large items are not shippable items.
REGISTRATION
All persons desiring to bid must register to the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measurement, and it should be in the bidder's name. This is an online only auction. Some lots may have extended bidding, and this scenario applies to all online auction lots. Posted closing times and displays of auction current time are approximate.
