Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed. Bidding Bidders are encouraged to examine items thoroughly before bidding. Bids can be rejected at discretion, and Trash2Treasures reserves the right to cancel or reopen the auction if necessary. Pickup Details Pickup location: 324 Kenwood Ln, Longview, TX 75604. Pickup times are Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 12 PM, and Thursday, 5 PM - 8 PM. Alternate pickup scheduling is available if arranged in advance. Items not picked up during specified times or without alternate arrangements will be forfeited without refund. Payment & Fees A 15% buyer's premium applies to all lots. All invoicing is processed through the Hi-Bid platform, with payment by card on file unless you notify before auction close for cash (exact change required). Buyer Responsibilities Buyers are responsible for dismantling, disconnecting, and moving all equipment. Please bring packing materials, tools, and labor as needed. Indemnification Buyers agree to indemnify and hold Trash2Treasures harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities, including injuries arising from the auction or pickup. Shipping The buyer pays the full shipping amount plus handling charges. All items are shipped "AS IS," and Trash2Treasures is not responsible for any damage during shipping. A $10 minimum handling fee applies, adjusted based on shipping requirements. Items may be grouped to reduce shipping costs. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age.
