If you can't pick up you must request shipping AT THE TIME YOU REGISTER TO BID! Most but not all items are available for shipping. It is your responsibility to arrange for shipping should you elect to bid on and win any lots not marked as eligible for shipping. We will NOT make arrangements for the shipment of any item not marked available for shipping and you will forfeit the purchase money and lot won if you fail to either pick up on the set dates or arrange for shipping within two weeks of the auction end date. In the event you do choose to bid on an item not marked eligible for shipping, you need to contact us prior to arranging shipping to be sure we can accommodate the shipping pick up time. Also, there WILL be a handling fee for any such purchase as we will need to move the lot to a different location, the address of which will be provided when you contact us. That charge will start at $8.00 but will vary depending upon the lot in question and the effort required to relocate (large, heavy lots or lots with multiple items will incur larger handling fees). If you don't request shipping when you register to bid, you must pick up your items on the pick-up dates. No refunds if you don't pick up or request shipping timely. SHIPPING MAY TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS to be shipped. ***FRAGILE/BREAKABLE LOTS - if you bid on and win an item which is fragile and/or at risk during shipping, we will use a local Pack & Ship company for shipping. The charges are substantial, but we have had problems with items not surviving shipping and don't want any more distressed customers. If these terms are not acceptable, please do NOT bid on these items if you require shipping - if you do so, you must either pay the Pack & Ship costs, pick up the item, or forfeit the purchase.***

Bring Packing Materials and boxes for small items. We do NOT supply packing materials, boxes, bags, blankets to protect furniture, etc. Also, we will no longer allow the boxes in which the lots may currently be held to be removed from the premises. Please bring materials to pack and carry your items.
