AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS ONLINE BIDDERS- All items sell as is/where is, with any and all faults and flaws. Items sell with NO warranty stated or implied on any item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. PREVIEW- Lot preview times will be located in the Auction description. PICK UP & LOAD OUT- Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction closes, starting @ 9AM. Any items not picked up or arrangements made, will incur a storage fee of 5$ per day per item. After 7 days, the item or items will be sold to pay for storage. SHIPPING- SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON SMALLER ITEMS AT THE BIDDERS EXPENSE + A $5.00 HANDLING FEE. BUYER'S PREMIUM- 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example = If you bid 100$, you will be charged 115$ at checkout. PAYMENT- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Master Card, Discover Card. The card you have on file will be charged immediately following the auction. Payment must be made before items are picked up or prior to shipping.
