1. Online bidding starts Monday November 4th, 2024 and ends Friday November 15th, 2024 beginning at 7:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute. 2. Items can be previewed by appointment with the auctioneer. Call 412-877-0579. 3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at 1069 Sun Valley Rd, Irwin, PA 15642 on Sunday November 17th from10:00AM to 4:00 PM. Signs will be posted. 4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids 5. Note that some lots may have modest reserves at the request of the consignor(s). This is indicated in the catalog for lots with reserves showing reserve not met in red font. When the reserve has been met, this will go away and the bid amount will be highlighted in green. 6. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with lots that they have won. If the reserve has been met the invoice will also include those lots. If the invoice does not include lots that had reserves then the reserve was not met. This is why at the end of the auction hiBid only states you may have won this lot. 7. Payment is due at the time of pick up. Credit cards, wire transfer, Local Checks with ID and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 8. Shipping is offered on small items at cost for shipping & materials plus a small handling fee based on the item to be shipped. All Invoices valued at $100 or more will be insured and signature confirmation required. 9. Customers requiring shipping will have invoices processed using the credit card on file with Hibid after the pickup on Sunday, unless your invoice totals $500 or more. Invoices totaling $500 or more must be paid for with wire transfer only. New Customers registering for the first time with our auction and on hibid that require shipping must pay with cashiers check, or wire transfer for invoices $150 or more. We do this to protect our consignors and ourselves. Please check with the auctioneer after the auction pickup if you have questions about payment . 10. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express. 11. Please make sure you are able to pick up during the scheduled date and times posted for each Auction. 12. We are unable to hold items after the pickup date and time.. 13. Items remaining after the pick up date may be shipped using the credit card used for HiBid Registration. Declined credit cards may result in a bidder being banned from Participating in future auctions. 14. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND WRAPPING MATERIALS. 15. We have limited ability to help load heavier items so please ensure you bring help with these item. 16. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 17. HIT Auctions LLC reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 18. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 19. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. 20. This is an online auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or charge backs are accepted 21. Purchaser enters the property at their own risk and liability and holds HIT Auctions LLC harmless for any damage to goods during removal. Purchaser also holds them HIT Auctions LLC harmless and free of any liability whatsoever for any injury or claims of any kind by any person that may arise during the previews and/or removal of any item or while on the premises. 22. The Seller, or any of the Seller’s agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer’s agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
