1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 7:00 PM on Sunday, November 24, 2024. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 6:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page. . 2.Preview for this auction will be Thursday, November 21, 2024 2024 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. 3. Pick up is on Tuesday, November 25, 2024 from3:00pm-6:00pm. Everything must be picked up on this day.. LOCATION: 4592 PA-51, Belle Vernon, PA 15012. Please bring the boxes, packing materials and any help you may need to remove your items. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 6. NOTICE: Reed's Auction Company will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. 7. Reed's Auction Company reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. This auction has a 12% buyer's premium.. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $112. 10. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. We will ship small items. If requesting shipping, please call to verify we can ship your item/items if they are a larger item. We do NOT ship to Canada. The buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of shipping in addition to a minimum $10 handling/packing fee. We will not ship if the total invoice is under $10.00.
