THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 15 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 1-MINUTE THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 1-MINUTE. *In the case of a tie bid the max bidder or first one to place the bid will be the winner. *Buyer is responsible for picking up there purchased items on the scheduled auction pick up day. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Auction Pick Up is November 21st from 1pm-6pm. +Auction Preview: November 19th 4:30pm-6pm. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15% *IN SALES TAX - 7% will be added to the final sale price of all items unless bidder is tax exempt. *SALES TAX NOTICE: Exempt Bidders MUST make Auction Company aware of their Tax Exempt status & submit a copy of their valid Indiana sales tax certificate BEFORE the auction starts. Farmers who are tax exempt for tools and equipment purchases can fill out a tax exempt form with us or we can email you the tax exempt form. * Payment types - Cash, Credit Card. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company unless other arrangements are made. *If you bid on items and your credit card declines, you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions.
