All measurements are considered approximates. Final determination of condition is the responsibility of the bidder. Three Squirrels Antiques reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalogue ay item in the auction at any time prior to or during the auction. No liability is assumed by Three Squirrels Antiques or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction, nor are we responsible for missed bids from any source. Successful bidders are responsible for full payment of items upon pick up in person. Payments will include a 10% buyer's premium and 13% HST applied to all sales. All sales are in CANADIAN currency. Payment options are: Cash, Etransfer to tsaunders@ezlink.on.ca, Interac Debit, Visa and Mastercard. NB: All sucessful U.S. winning bidders will be required to pay by Visa or Mastercard DIRECTLY BILLED by Three Squirrels Auctions NOT through the Hibid service. All items not picked up or arranged for within 5 days of close of auction will be deemed abandoned and revert ownership to the consignor. Each auction will clearly state when pick up is available. Shipping will be on an item by item basis and must be requested directly by the winning bidder via email or text message at threesquirrelsantiques@gmail.com or 5194406412 within 24 hours of auction close.
