Chaque lot doit être récupéré au maximum 7 jours ouvrables suivant la fin de l'encan.
Au-delà, des frais d'entreposage seront facturés : 15$ par facture dès le premier jour de retard, et 15$ par semaine de retard supplémentaire. Si le montant d'entreposage égale ou dépasse le montant de votre facture, le montant prélevé couvrira les frais d'entreposage. Nous reprendrons possession des lots, sans aucun remboursement possible

As a reminder, each invoice must be paid a maximum of 5 working days following the end of the auction. Beyond that, the amount of your invoice will be taken directly from the credit card registered when you signed up.
Each lot must be picked up within 10 working days of the end of the auction.
Beyond that, storage fees will be billed: $ 15 per invoice from the first day of delay, and $ 15 per week of additional delay. If the storage amount equals or exceeds your invoice amount, the amount charged will cover the storage costs. We will take possession of the lots, without any possible refund.
