Pick up days Friday November 15 from 1-5pm and Saturday November 16 from 10am - 3pm
We do not ship furniture, large items or framed art. If something is not shippable, it will state in the description or title but if you would like to make sure please contact us to find out if we will ship a particular item.
Please let us know before the close of the auction or shortly there after, if you need shipping by emailing bergmanauctions@gmail.com or calling 910-852-9957. Or add note to auctioneer when registering. Don't assume we will just ship your items.
All shipping is done in-house, no third-party shipping. We do not make any money on shipping, you are charged what the carrier charges us.
There is a one time, $4.99 handling fee per auction plus shipping cost calculated by weight and size.
Shipping for smalls is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with Insurance unless pick up is preferred. Items will be shipped in cardboard boxes, or boxes in bags, not bags alone.
We do not ship First Class, Media mail or any other service that does not have insurance, unless requested by you. Just know that anything shipped with out insurance, upon your request, Bergman Auctions will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Shipping to Canada- Before bidding please know that shipping cost could be expensive depending on the weight. And know that it could take at least 10 days to arrive after leaving this location. Also, if we are later charged by the carrier for any tax/fees/surcharges, we will be passing that cost on to you by charging your credit card on file.
We make every effort to get shipments out within two days of the close of the auction but depending on the day of the week and size of the auction, shipments could take up to 5 days from the close of the auction to get out.
