Bidder inspection of items is encouraged. Items may be previewed in person during the course of the auction in Batesville, AR by appointment. A winning bid is an agreement to purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any and all bids at his discretion. Shipping is available on some items. The auctioneer does not warranty any shipping or claim responsibility for items while they are in the care of the shipper. Buyer agrees that issues with shipping are out of the control of the auctioneer, and that all disputes regarding shipping will be between the buyer and the shipper. The high bidder will be 100% responsible for shipping charges plus a 10% handling fee. Items will not be shipped until paid in full for the high bid price plus any shipping charges.
