Granny's Attic moved from 341 Market St, Clinton, TN to 370 Market St, Clinton, TN. With the move the dealers and the owner, Kathie Creasey, had to downsize. BY REGISTERING FOR OUR AUCTION, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. THIS A LEGAL CONTRACT.
The bidder's number is nontransferable. All bids online made using the bid number will be the responsibility of the registered buyer.
GUN & AMMO PURCHASES:
A to Z & In Between Sales holds an FFL license and WILL perform a background check if you purchase a firearm. You must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You must be 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns and ammunition. DL required or current FFL. The name on the Hibid account is the only person who can complete the background check and take possession of the firearm. A $10.00 per firearm fee will be charged to the buyer. This is a non-refundable fee regardless of the outcome of the background check. No firearms will be turned over to the winning bidder without a successful background check.
PAYMENTS:
A 10% buyer's premium will be charged to all sales.
Any gold/jewelry purchases over $300.00 that are to be shipped will require a cashier's check prior to the items being shipped out, unless pre-approved. Any single item sold for $3000 or over must be paid for with cash or a Cashier's Check, unless pre-approved. This is up to the discretion of A to Z & In Between Sales. A to Z & In Between Sales has a right to request a cashier's check or cash for other purchases as well.
Payments must be made by either cash or credit card. Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. NO checks will be accepted. Payments by credit card will be charged an additional 3 % credit card fee. If paying by credit card, make sure your information such as credit card, name, address, phone number, and email are correct when you register to bid. Bidder waves the right to dispute, chargeback or deny payment made with a credit card.
Any declined credit card payments will have 48 hours from email notification of the declined status to contact the office, 865-518-8088 and pay with a valid credit card or cash. A $30.00 decline fee will be enforced, no matter what the reason the card was declined. If contact is not received within the 48 hours from email notification, you WILL NO LONGER be authorized to bid at A to Z & In Between Sales and negative feedback will be left on Hibid.
Sales tax will be collected unless noted and as required by state and local laws. If you have a sales tax resale certificate, it is your responsibility to provide documentation prior to the start of the sale. All items and equipment are subject to all terms and conditions of sale. All items are sold as is with no warranty. A to Z & In Between Sales makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold. A to Z & In Between Sales is not responsible for incorrect description, authenticity, or defect in any lot. A to Z & In Between Sales nor its client(s) will not assume responsibility for buyer's bidding error(s). It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale by inspecting all items. Description and photos are a guide only. A to Z is willing to send more pictures from different angles and answer any questions. If you are in doubt about an item, bid accordingly.
PICKUP & SHIPPING:
All pickup is at the location where the items are sitting. A to Z & In Between Sales will not accept cancellations for any reason, no refunds will be given. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with taking possession of the items at his/her own expense and removing from the site. The items will be deemed abandoned, and possession will revert to A To Z & In Between Sales if the buyer fails to remove purchase within the time specified without further notice to buyer.
Shipping is available on most items. Contact A to Z & In Between Sales prior to pick up day if shipping is needed. Contact us prior to bidding with any questions pertaining to shipping.
If a buyer bids on a lot(s) marked NO SHIPPING, it will not be shipped. And the buyer will still be responsible for paying for those lot(s). If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping costs, A to Z & In Between Sales will NOT refund purchases for any reason.
A to Z & In Between Sales has the discretion on which shipping method will be used, USPS or UPS. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including insurance and/or signature upon delivery if A to Z & In Between Sales deems it necessary. The buyer will also be charged a minimum $5.00 handling fee. There will be additional charges if extra bubble wrap and time are required.
Large and fragile items will be packaged and shipped through the UPS store. A to Z & In Between Sales will charge the buyer a $5.00 transfer fee to transport the items to the UPS store. UPS will email buyer regarding packing and shipping costs. If you do not see an email in your in box, check your spam folder. Shipping via UPS will be handled by the UPS store located at 1115 N Charles G Seivers Blvd, Suite 18, Clinton, TN, phone of 865-415-6932.
If a buyer needs freight or a different third party to ship their item(s), it is the responsibility of the buyer to coordinate and pay for all shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact A to Z & In Between Sales with the arrangement they have made. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of the email notification of items that were won.
The Tennessee Auctioneer Commission is enjoined and restrained from applying TN's auctioneering laws and licenses to "electronic" exchanges, or online auction websites. Therefore, all matters, including complaints concerning electronic or online auctions fall outside of the jurisdiction of the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission.
