BIDDER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:Type: Online-Only Auction - Location address: 2185 Carriage Lane, Spring Hill, FL 34606
Auction Closes: Sunday, November 17, 2023, at 7 p.m. The auction will have a soft close. A soft close prevents bids from being placed at the last second with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. We will have a 4-minute soft close policy for every lot. If a lot is bid on during the closing period, additional time will be added until no more bids are placed within the 4-minute period.
Bid Increments: Will be established prior to the opening of the auction and posted online.
Personal Property Pickup Dates & Times: Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. You will receive a link in your email along with your paid invoice to schedule a pickup time. Your appointment must be scheduled by Monday, November 18, 2024 5:00 p.m. EST. Failure to meet the removal schedule and conditions will result in the loss of your item(s) without a refund. There are no exceptions for onsite auctions, as we are on a restricted schedule.
Liability: Bidders removing and entering the property do so at their own risk. The Auction Company and Seller assume no liability for bodily injury or damage to personal property during removal.
Buyer Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the total purchase amount. For example, if your high bid is $100.00, your total purchase amount will be $115.00.
Payment: The buyer's credit card (used for registration) will be charged immediately following the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A receipt will be emailed to the address provided during registration. Sales Tax is 6.5% for Hernando County, Florida. All bidders with Florida Reseller Certificates must email us BEFORE the end of the auction (for each auction, unless stated otherwise by the auctioneer), otherwise, sales tax will be charged. All items are "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with ALL FAULTS. There is a $25 administration fee for declined credit cards, so please make sure your credit card is current.
Winning Bidder(s): May be asked to wire transfer funds or pay in cash if Auction Springs has little or no previous experience with the bidder. Additionally, if the invoice exceeds $500, the bidder may be asked to wire transfer funds or pay in cash.
Agency: The Auction Company and its representatives represent the Seller.
Shipping Instructions: Items available for shipping will be marked as "Available for Shipping." If you bid on an item marked for pickup only, you must arrange for pickup. Auction Springs will only ship items marked "Available for Shipping." No refunds will be given if you cannot pick up the item(s) or refuse to pay for shipping. By bidding, you agree that if you are not local (within 50 miles of Auction Springs), we will automatically ship your item(s) and charge your credit card. Your BILLING & SHIPPING addresses MUST MATCH, otherwise, you must pick up the item(s). For expensive items or large orders, a signature will be required. We do not ship outside of the continental United States, Canada, or drop ship purchases.
Shipping Charges: Will be charged separately to your registered credit card.
All Sales are Final: ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranty. There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory, or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any items offered in this sale. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Auction Springs may describe the personal property in advertising and on the internet but makes no representations. Auction lots may contain errors, and it is the bidder’s responsibility to verify the item description, not Auction Springs. All measurements are approximate. Item weights are not guaranteed, as scales may not be precisely calibrated.
Removal of Personal Property: A paid receipt must be shown at pickup. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR PAID RECEIPT. The personal property becomes the buyer's responsibility at the time of sale. The Auction Company and Seller do not provide equipment or labor for removing purchased items.
Removal Fee for Abandoned Furniture: If a bidder forfeits, abandons, or fails to show up for pickup of any furniture won during the auction, they agree to pay Auction Springs a $50 per item removal fee.
Disposal of Partial and/or Full Lot(s) Fee (Excluding Furniture): If a bidder abandons partial lots on the premises, they agree to pay $20 per lot for the disposal of unwanted items.
REMEMBER: When picking up your items, bring packing material and any help needed for loading. Shipment and pickup are the buyer's responsibility. All packing, handling, shipping, and delivery services are performed at the buyer's risk. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pickup.
The Auction Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone and reopen the auction in case of system failure.
Right to Reject: Auction Springs reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at our sole discretion. Items may be added or deleted from sale.
Bid Retraction Policy: ANY MISTAKES MADE BY THE BIDDER ARE THE BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY, NOT AUCTION SPRINGS. ONCE BIDS ARE PLACED, THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE RETRACTED FOR ANY REASON.
Feedback: IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR WINNING ITEMS, WE WILL LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR OTHER AUCTION HOUSES TO VIEW YOUR NON-PAYMENT HISTORY.
Changes to Terms: ANY CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS TO THE TERMS OF SALE MUST BE IN WRITING AND AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES. THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT.
