• By registering and accepting a bidder number online, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Willamette Valley Auctions, LLC.
When registering you will be required to provide your credit card number. You will receive an invoice and the card used for registering will be charged for your winnings. You can choose to pay via Paypal or Square if that works better for you. We do not add any additional convenience fees for credit or debit cards. We accept; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, And Discover.
•All items are 'AS-IS" we do our best to list out and photograph any issues the item has. In accepting a bidders card you acknowledge items are used and not new unless noted in description. That there may be imperfections, flaws, scratches or defects. - All Sales are final.
• Buyer's premium of 15% will be added to each lot purchased.
• You will be notified by email invoice if you are the winning bidder. Email invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of the auction close and will show the amount that is owed. This will not include shipping since we will not know the shipping cost that soon. You will get another invoice for the shipping.
• This auction utilizes staggered and soft-close features. With “staggered close” lots do not close all at the same time; one lot will close every 60 seconds. You can follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact scheduled closing time of any particular lot. “soft close” is when a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 90 seconds before a lot is scheduled to close, if this happens the time will be extended on that lot by 90 seconds. This will continue until a full 90 seconds pass without a new bid on that lot.
• Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
• Removal of items: the buyer is solely responsible for the removal of their purchases. All lots must be removed within the times noted online. Any lots that have not been picked up or have not had other arrangements made by within a week (7) days after the auction, forfeit ownership of the items to Willamette Valley Auctions and will be re-sold with proceeds going to Willamette Valley Auctions charity of choice.
• Shipping on this auction is suggested. Local pick up is only if we agree on a safe public location. Later auctions will have local pickup. All shipping is the buyers responsibility. Shipping will go out to the shipper on Saturday mornings. Shipping and handling is handled separately from the auction item. There will be a 3% cost for packaging/handling fee, plus shipping freight cost on total invoice. Once your items are packaged, weighed, and measured we will bill you. You will receive an email showing the packaging/handling fee, and the shipping freight cost. Willamette Valley Auctions is not liable for damage to your item/items in shipping. We will insure with shipper on our end. We ship to U.S. addresses only. Depending on the size of the item we may us USPS, UPS, or FED-EX
• Bidder with a poor history of paying or picking up purchases with HIBID, or with Willamette Valley Auctions will be denied bidding privileges.
