* ALL items must be picked up on stated date & time unless other arrangements have been made with Sifert Auction Service. If not picked up your item(s) will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service & The bidder will still be charged for the invoice total
* If NOT picked up on specified pick up date/time you will be charged additional storage fee of 15.00 per day.
* Winning bidders are responsible to BRING ADEQUATE HELP with you to load your item(s). Bring your own tie downs, rope, totes, boxes, packing material etc, No loading assitance will be available. Some items are in the basement
* No returns or refunds for any reason. EVERYTHING sold AS IS

* Failure to pay OR pickup for your item(s) will result in you being banned from future auctions.
